Meet Twin Sisters and Stars of HGTV’s “Unsellable Houses” - Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb
HGTV stars Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb wear many hats. As twins, mothers, real estate mavens, design visionaries, business owners, and hosts of HGTV’s popular show “Unsellable Houses,” they have built a large following of fans. The twins got their start in the business building their Pacific Northwest based business Lamb & Co. into a successful, full-service real estate and home design company. Their self-produced YouTube videos caught the attention of the entertainment industry and in 2019 HGTV offered them a TV show.
Now entering its fifth season, the twins continue to wow audiences with their knack for turning dull, hard-to-sell houses into gems on their show, "Unsellable Houses." Their expertise has made them the trusted go-to gurus for homeowners, designers, and DIY enthusiasts across the country.
While it's tempting to group together as twins, each brings their own unique skills to the table. Lyndsay shines in design, crafting key renovation and staging advice, while Leslie excels in negotiation, budgeting, and marketing. Q: What tool should every homeowner own?
A: Impact drill. (hand held drill) this is used for everything!
Q: Are you a plant mama, or is your green thumb lacking?
A: Plants are our life in the Pacific Northwest! Especially inside since it rains so much. We bring ALL the plants inside…maybe too many!
Q: What are your best landscaping tips?
A: Use pots in your beds to refresh color on a seasonal bases
Q: What’s the biggest DIY fail you’ve seen?
A: Peel and stick tile (WE HATE THAT).
Q: What home trends are you loving? What styles do you think will emerge in the future?
A: Trends we love is the organic/ modern look. Love the plants in a home (Jungalo style).
